Hi, I'm in the process of booking for a breast uplift with implants (and possible internal mesh bra), but I'm so worried about how the anchor scar will look? I've never had any surgery so unsure of how I will heal/scar. How many weeks/months is the scar red and angry until it starts to turn white? Also, has anybody had the internal mesh bra? I am scheduled for a mastopexy augmentation on October 24th 2023 and also am on hormone therapy with testosterone pellets due for next dose on August 21st 2023. The testosterone is a 4 month dose. Should I stop this type of hormone therapy before surgery to help decrease my risk of blood clots?

I am planning to get a lift & subglandular implants in early June. I'm mid 40s, and have deflated saggy 34c/d breasts but I have enough breast tissue to do "overs". My implant would be on the smaller side. I think 280cc. I understand that initially recovery and healing is easier and quicker vs unders, but I'm trying to get a sense of how quickly my breasts will look "normal" in a bathing suit....
I'm looking for an average time of surgery for implant and lift? I was quoted 6 hours (noted under the anesthesiologist fees) and that seems like a long time based on what I've read? I just have typical post-baby deflated saggy boobs, noting extreme or out of the ordinary.

I am 2.5 weeks post op and one of my areolas is always puffy. The other one sits flat and looks nice and I am worried that this is permanent. My doctor said I am still very early in the healing process and over time the swelling will go down. Thoughts?
I know this seems a little nit picky but my vertical scar from my lollipop lift does not run straight from my areola :( I only had a lift on one side so I'm a little self conscious of my scarring as is and even more so now that it runs on a 30 degree angle across my breast :(

I'm curious how your recovery is with a lift w/ implants at about 6 weeks. Are you still limited or are you pretty much back to being able to lift, move arms around, etc.
My nipples are honestly much lower than I expected and wanted. I got 325cc under the muscle and my implants are still very high on my chest. Im wondering when my implants drop more will this help bring my nipples higher? I'm trying not to judge them to hard till my 6 week mark but it's hard.
