So confused between submuscular or sub facial. I'm not a fan of mesh. An implant makes me nervous already, mesh more so. However, I do decent amount of chest exercises with moderately heavy weights. 10-80lbs. (I'm not a body builder) I have stretchy skin. I'm 5'3, 137lbs. Currently 36 A/B depending on bra. breasts are in great shape after breastfeeding 3 kids. They're just smaller. I'm looking at a 215-225cc breast implant. Want to stay pretty small. Thanks!
Hello! Im a 33y, 34A, no kids breast implant candidate seeking advice on over the muscle placement. I have low body fat as Im an avid weightlifter. In a consultation, the surgeon suggested I go over the muscle given my anatomy + desire to continue my high activity level. My main concern is having the bolted on aesthetic. Have you seen good results for over the muscle implants? Any guidance is appreciated! I also have a wide breast bone gap, but nice pecs :) thanks!
I got my breast augmentation almost 6 years ago and have had no issues with them at all until recently I was lifting weights working out and felt as if I pulled a muscle and experienced pain in my armpit as well as in my tricep and near my shoulder. It made my breast implant feel hard so I rested those muscles but then the next time I worked out it happened again. Can the muscles cause that hard feeling? Is this something I should see a PS about or a different doctor?
I run and lift weights. I do not wish to put an implant under my pectoral muscle. I fear it would never feel the same when running, doing push-ups, chest workouts etc. That said, I am very lean and now have minimal (A or AA) breast tissue. I gave great muscle tone, but there's just nothing there. Would it be a mistake to go over the muscle given no breast tissue and if not, must I go with silicone to not see rippling and to have a natural look/feel? Thanks
I am 5'4 120lbs and have had one child. I am currently a 32d/dd depending on what bra I am wearing. During breastfeeding I was a full 32G and I am trying to get that look back. The 545cc Natrelle moderate implants are the largest ones my Dr. recommends for me, and I like how they look, but I am worried that other people will think they are too big for my frame. I have a 00 waist but I do lift weights and have a larger rear. I know I will lose some volume as they are going under the muscle.
I live an active lifestyle. I enjoy weight lifting and cardio and also am a student physical therapist, so I have a very active occupation. Two PS's recommended submuscular placement due to my minimal breast tissue and goal for a natural look. The third PS recommended subfascial placement because it would allow more cover and support than subglandular without the animation deformity of submuscular, which he thinks will interfere with my active lifestyle. Any advice on which route to take?
Hi! I am a powerlifter/powerbuilder who is getting under the muscle breast augmentation surgery with silicone cohesive gel implants in five weeks. I understand that upper body exercises, especially bench press and pull-ups, will be off the table for me. However, will heavy back squats and deadlifts be an issue for animation deformity as well? I can live without upper body pressing, but I love heavy lower body lifting. I just want to make sure I can return to it within a few months without issue.
I'm currently a size 32D and would like to be a 32DDD. I'm very active, lift weights and my job requires heavy lifting. At this time I don't want a lift and I want the implants placed subglandular. Could I achieve more roundness and fullness with subglandular breast implants? I'd also like to know an opinion on what size of implants and I would need to achieve my breast size goal.
I've returned to weightlifting/powerlifting in the last yeat and have gained significant strength and muscle mass (165lb/5'4). I do a lot of bench press - pushups etc. Can I return to lifting fine in the future (3+months recovery). I've heard both sides from women who have implants saying absolutely yes and some who say no way. Any advice on pocket placement/profile? Ideally I would like under muscle, around 400cc, moderate gummy (he recommended a periaereola incision and I'm ok with that)
BA scheduled for 11/5 but trying to figure out size. I am 38, a 34A cup, 137lb, 56. Wanting to be a large C small D. I am very active; running and weight training and would like to continue. Is 375cc too big for me?
