I've had my breast implants for a year. Pain on one side never went away since the day of the surgery, and last night got significantly worse. I have pain in my left breast(specially when I move implants), left arm, anterior, posterior, and lateral trunk including shoulder blade. It gets worse when I take a deep breath, and I feel slightly dizzy. Last week I noticed both arms to go numb and tingling. I'm unable to go to a hospital at the moment. What could this possibly be?
I have been having pain/discomfort around my left implant which includes radiating tingling/slight numbness/weakness down my left arm and discomfort up to my left ear. Another symptom is a strange medicine type of smell almost like moth balls at times. i know the implants do not emit any smells and I doubt it is due to some bacterial/fungal infection. I had a mammogram 6 months ago and issues were noted. I have made an appointment with a surgeon but in a week. Should I go to the hospital asap?
Im 8 month post op and my breast tissue appears to be separating from my implant. Sometimes in the indented area it tingles and burns. And if I lift anything heavy with my arms it competlely separates. Is this something that could have been avoided on my surgeons end or mine? Because Im very unhappy with the appearance.
I have breast implants its been 2 and half month after two weeks of my surgery my half right said of my body sleep tingling and numbing and my right side my skin got little bit darker my arm and leg its been two months and half still same tingling and numb is not going is that okay ? Maybe my nerve get hit so If my nerve get hit it will stay forever the numb and tingling or just for little while ?
I have had textured silicone breast implants for almost 4 years and within the last two weeks, I have had persistent, slight pain on the lateral side of my right breast and was wondering what this might be? My primary care physician examined my breast and said she found no lumps or swelling. Within the last month, I have also had neuropathy (tingling/numbness in right toes with some warm sensations in my right leg) and occasional lightheadedness.
I got breast implants a year and a half ago (300cc under the muscle). I took 4 mos off running, started back slowly and then to my normal distances. Ever since my breast aug I have been having numbness in my arms and fingers when I get past a certain distance in my runs. It started at 6 miles but has been progressing and now will go numb if I run as little as 4. What could be causing this? The timing correlates with the breast implants but I cant find any information on why this would occur.
I got a breast augmentation 6 weeks ago, 275cc over the muscle. They seemed to be healing nicely with very little/no pain but in the last week I have had tingling and sharp pains mostly on my right breast quite often throughout the day. My nurse said it will settle and to try not to worry but it is getting more frequent not less and I am worried that something is wrong. Is it normal to have these pains?
A week after I had a breast augmentation, I noticed when I swing my arm back I get a tingling sensation in my right hand. About 3weeks after, I began having tingling pins and needles in that hand no matter the position. I have had implants removed after 50 days. Now its about 2 and a half months after the onset of symptoms. What is the likelihood a peripheral nerve was damaged. Could this have been due to incorrect positioning of arms. Also my right is hand having burning sensation too.
