I had a lift April 06,23. I as a deflated , saggy 36DDD-E. I still want large breasts. I have no upper pole due to nursing. I want to accomplish two things: close my clevage gap as much as I can, and get upper pole without having breasts that are too obnoxious. I want the fake look, but I want it done tastefully. I'd like to stay around a DDD post augmentation but really want that rounded upper pole with side boob. Is mesh a good option for me? Is High-profile best? Is this realistic?
In particular for people who have little natural breast tissue; the risk of rippling is already inherently higher. Additionally, BWD is not a measurement set in stone. For instance, with the same chest walls, pectoral muscles and weight, I could have hormonal changes which cause my boobs to grow, resulting in a higher BWD. So why would a doctor be strict about not exceeding my BWD even by just 4mm, for example? What if I want less boob gap, and/or more side boob?
I went for a consultation today and will be going for a second one with another doctor on Monday. The doctor said my actual breast is 220cc (with a BWD 11) and said the biggest I could go is 315 because of the BWD. I thought the 315 was kinda small and would like to go a little bigger and have some side boob....would this be possible? He was going off the measurements on the Motiva box. Also, if I went with the 315, what cup size would that give me? .. I'm a B now. TIA
Hi, Im 5 weeks post op with 300cc smooth. I requested the far apart look with side boob with my nipples placed high if possible. Somehow it seems Ive gotten the opposite of what I wanted. They are much too close/high, with an ugly snoopy profile. I know its early days but Ive read many articles online that say that around 6 weeks things should be getting close to final shape. Im wondering will they still change/drop a lot? Or, is this near to what I should expect. Thanks, C.
Concerned that 310cc will protrude more than what I want, and Im concerned I will have side boobs. I want to be sure that I achieve the look I want. I want to wear loose shirts but dont want to look fat because my boobs are wide. Should I stick with the moderate profile (Im 12cm on each breast now), and am a 32A. I had one child.
So the very last minute I went down from a 340 to a 320cc implant as I was too scared of the implants going into my armpits. I feel like these implants are too small for me now! It's been 3 weeks post op. And I have no side boob/ lateral fullness at all. I had asked for side boob but wasn't too sure how much I would've gotten. What do I do? I want the implant to sit lower on my chest and to have more side boob.
I had an augmentation 10 weeks ago 330cc textured, teardrop unders(I previously had a mastopexy 1 year ago). It feels like I have too much side boob and it feels like I have a tennis ball in each armpit when I bring my arms together. My cleavage and the surrounding area on both breasts feels empty especially on the left side(Im left handed). When I lean forward my breasts look empty. Ive heard of drop and fluff, can you tell me are my breasts likely to fill anymore at the front and less at the sides?
