In 2007, when I was 16, I had a breast reduction going from a DDD cup to Large C/D. Although I was very happy with the relief that came with baring less weight on my back and shoulders, ultimately I regret my decision. I do like the shape of my breasts, but I feel as though too much may have been removed, as they lack volume on the top and I can actually pull loose skin away from my breasts. In addition to that, the scar I was left with from the anchor incision is on the bottom of my breast
4.5 weeks post op. 590cc. At 2 weeks post op experienced major constricting muscle spasms in right breast (pain, shortness of breathe, arm timgling, swelling and pain into armpit up to shoulder) Ultrasound didn't show fluid. I'm still very swollen on the right side. Tender. Dr is suggesting he can go back in to see if there is an issue (fluid); or wait a few more weeks and eventually any fluid can be absorbed. I'm a little concerned.
almost 3 weeks post op surgery - implants. I periodically have shoulder tip pain. Mostly on the right side, which has the larger implant and also where i feel the most discomfort. i have felt it on the left but not nearly as much? What could this be?
Hi, I had breast augmentation 6 months ago. I was AA and somehow end up having 425 cc silicon Gel implants. I have mild pain on upper side of left breast. It leads to shoulder ache. I have frozen shoulder since the operation. I visited my doctor but he was helpless. I went to another doctor and I was told my nerves got injured and removing silicon may not make me feel better. If removing the silicon won't help my pain, where should I go? Will physio therapy help for damaged pain after removal?
Hi I am having shoulder pain and also burning pain in my neck and head and down my arms I was wondering if this is to do with a ruptured silicon gel implant or if it's nerve pain my breast implants look the same and there is no Harding or change in them also is it safe to get a MRI with gel silicon implants as I may be getting one to find out the cause of my pain
About 2 1/2 years ago I started developing neck, shoulder and upper back pain. I been to a physical therapy, chiropractor and had injections. I'm now concerned that my problem may be my breast implants. I've had gel implants since 2007. I'm fairly small boned and my bra size is a 32D. Is it possible that my implants could be the source of my shoulder and upper back pain?
It has progressively been getting worse. My right breast is 1-2 higher than my left and it's very hard. I can feel my pectoral muscles are very tight from my arm pit to my breast as well. I have 425ccs and I had them done almost 4 years ago. It's becoming painful. Are there doctors that can fix it and charge my insurance (blue shield)? I'm in Atlanta area and not sure if my neck shoulder muscle pain is all related to the contracture! Help!
