3 weeks post-op, I had breast implant revision using tissue expanders. I feel a cord high in my chest wall to the bottom of my breast. Ive had 11 revisions & this cord always resulted in capsular contractor. Im desperate to do manual maneuver to drop it from my chest wall. My surgeon said the muscle is too tight & pulling expander up into chest wall. massage was recommended but is not working. can i push through the cord and muscle until the implant drops, is that possible?
When I came out of surgery 3 weeks ago my implants were almost to my clavicle and squareish. The shape and position has improved greatly, but I am concerned because when I flex my pecs hard they go back up and turn into flat squares. They also still feel a bit tight to my chest all the time. I heard this is a deformity that is sometimes caused by sub muscle implants. Will it improve? Does it has to do with my muscle strength or the lack of sagging in my breast(-2) pre-op?
I am currently 3 weeks post mastopexy augmentation. LB received 400cc rounds, RB 450cc as I was already slightly smaller on that side. Does this extent of asymmetry look typical/ok at this stage in time? Ive been wearing a breast band for 2 weeks with little to no improvement to my RB, only the LB one dropping significantly. Next apt with PS isnt for another 3 weeks and I am becoming concerned by the lack of improvement to my RB. Ive included pre op photo. Note photos are reversed.
I am 24 days post op, 400cc under muscle implants. Yesterday I noticed a hole in my incision and went to a&e, they said it would heal together on its own and but strips over it to bring it slightly together. However all morning I have had horrific stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Can this be a sign of infection? Im unable to see my incision as its covered but I will attach a photo from yesterday. Thank you.
I am 3 weeks post operation. I got 335cc, high profile, round, under muscle. I was 75b before surgery. My breasts are sitting too high (I know thats not uncommon for this period, but I dont see any progression). I dont like them at all. My breast are just too in front of me? Do you think they are too big for me? Or moderate profile was better option for me? I had my own tissue and I wanted upper pole full but not this much. I am feeling miserable. Thank you.
Im 22 days post Op now and I noticed that my right boob is higher and a bit bigger than my left one. The right nipple looks also much higher than the left one. Im a bit concerned: Will they even out? Does it look normal? (I got 265cc/round/silicone/ Dual plane)
I had a breast augmentation 3 weeks ago and I noticed when I bend back (causing my skin to stretch) a tendon or muscle pops up. Its very tight and makes me wonder if something was stitched back too tightly. Can this be resolved? Will the muscle stretch out over time or will I need surgery to correct it?
My left breast seems to be doing great. I started massages 4 days ago and my right breast seems to constantly be sore and doesn't look or feel like the left. Right is also still sitting a littler higher than the left.Could it just be swelling and irritation from starting the massages?
3 weeks ago I got a boob job, after 2 weeks my stitches got removed and everything looked good. Now, a week after the removal, my right incision opened up. I went back to my surgeon and he said it wasnt too bad, and I have to apply Vaseline. But still Im a bit worried. It doesnt hurt and Im not feeling sick or anything. My left side is healing fine.
Immediately after surgery, my left breast looked perfect but my right breast is higher, odd shaped, and nipple is lower. Is there something that I can do to help the right breast drop or is this what I am stuck with. I look really lobsided in a bikini. Any suggestions?
