I am currently a 36 dd and having a mommy makeover soon. I am wanting 600cc saline implants. Just curious what this will look like and approximate size after implants. I am 5ft 5 in 180 pounds curvy build. It was hard to estimate with the sizers.
59/170 lbs originally wanted saline but have thinner breast tissue and For fear of rippling I went with 625 cc Silicone Sientra style 107 MP. Is this too much? I said a D/little bigger is my goal. Of course I know you cant be sure of how my body will project them. My surgery is in 10 days. Ive done research but I am more nervous than ever because they ordered the size already. I read my BMI should be 150 pounds am I too large to get good results?
Hi , I used to have gynocosmatia I had a surgery to remove it many years back in 2015, I want to live as a women now want to get breast implants.. looking at my current pic could someone advice me if I could get them , I am 177 cm and 78 kgs. I am not sure if HRT will make any difference to my breast issue because of the previous surgery. Also what size would be suitable for me ? I like to go on the bigger size but I do know one has to start with small implants, will my nipple remain the same?
Hello! Yesterday I had a consultation for breast augmentation. Loved the service, the doctor and everything, yet I am a little bit worried about the size I am getting. Below are my wish and actual photos. All the pictures I like are Post-op: 34 DD. My doctor recommended 750 and 800cc to achieve that goal. I am 6 ft and 180 pounds. My doctor said I have a good frame and that this size is doable. What do you think? I scheduled my procedure for March 2021.
I'm 22, 180lbs and 38D currently. I have had one child previously and now I have breast ptosis. Would it be better to get my implant over or under the muscle as I want to counteract the sagging as much as possible without a lift. Thank you.

I have gone to 2 consultations and only 1 doctor actually took my breast measurements and I found my right breast measures 9 cm and my left measures 8 cm. Personal measurement of chest wall today is 33.5in. I am seeking to become a natural D/DD and liked 450cc. Doctor agreed, mod+. Left would be 450cc and right would be 425cc. Sound logical for my goal?
I am looking to get a breast aug. currently a 36 C (looks more like a 36B too me) went to a consult and It was recommended I go nothing less than 640cc mod implants. To get back to a D (I was. DD ) or get 770 high profile is it a huge difference between the two?? I somewhat feel as I should go with the 770 cc everyone in the office kept assuring me I wouldnt be top heavy or look huge and kept pushing for more. just nervous they both sound huge to me. I am 5 11 170 and wear a size 8 jeans.
5'9 and about 180lbs. Will breast augmentation make me look heavier? Definitely on the more athletic build. I do feel unproportional with such small breasts but worry about feeling bigger with implants. Currently an A and would love to be a D.
