Hello. I wanted a lift, but the surgeon suggested a small implant would save scarring. I started with UK 34DD breasts, and I think he used 350cc round implants. Over time, I've gained weight. I love my curvier figure, except for my breast! They are 36G and enormous. I had c5/6 disc replacement, so for pain reasons I want them smaller. What are some good options to discuss at consultation? Will they still be too big after explant?
I had 235 cc of high profile silimed implants above the muscle in 2005 and now want to remove my implants because I suspect I have BII. I have gained a lot of weight since my augmentation and what used to be a 34 C cup is now a 36 DD-E cup. Would I be right in expecting that I would be a B to a C cup after the explant? I also have quite firm and high breasts with no sagging and good skin quality. No stretch marks. I am not planning on a lift; do I need it?
Weight gain has ruined breast surgery results. I had a breast uplift & implant at 17. Gained 35lbs my implants ruptured, got my implants replaced with smaller implants & an uplift again (260cc are my current size). Now FF breasts. I have had implant X2, X2 breast uplift & an areola reduction X3, & cut my milk ducts to correct flat nipple. Scared my skin won't cope with more surgery. Will my old scars be removed during surgery if I was to get implant removal, uplift & areola reduction? My implants are 60cc difference in size as right is smaller.
I got my implants in 2004. Lately I have been thinking that I would probably look better if I remove them. The reason behind this thought is mainly due to the fact that I have gained weight over the last 16 years (about 20lbs). Second, my nipples have dropped and I don't like the way they look. I have 470cc and I'm 5.5. Q: Would half of the current size be too small to where I'll be better off by removing the current implants and doing a lift? Please provide me with your sincere feedback. TY!
I am considering having an explant of my implants. Personally speaking, I do not think they suit my lifestyle anymore - I'm more active and fit, so I find that these implants are starting to feel uncomfortable. I have had 255c Mentor implants placed under the muscle and have had them for 2-3 years already. I'm currently 23 years old and am quite worried about how they will look. I didn't have much tissue to begin with but I have gained 5kgs since and have started to fill up around my body.
My implants are 27 years old. I would like to know if it is necessary that I remove them due to the long time they have been in. I have never experienced problems. Currently the only thing is that since they were implanted, I have gained close to 20 pounds and the size of my breast have significantly increased from a full size C to a double DD. They are more heave and they are starting to sag. Is it recommended that I remove them?
