I had breast implant 275cc silicone placed through my underarm. I just had an mri and it shows the implant is intact with no rapture or leaking, no capsular contracture. I want it out because my natural breast have grown so much in the past 7years because I gained 30pounds. I need a doctor who can help remove the implant through my armpit, I do not need the capsule removed as it is really soft with no problems. I scar easily and do not want a scar under my breast. Hi, I had implants under the muscle ( armpit incision) and had them replace with silicone)but the new incision was around the nipples. Now they are 2 years old 220cc and I want them removed. I had 2 consultations with two docs. 1 refused to remove them in the old incisions. One after insisting he finally agrees to do it. Both really insisted to have the incision under the breast crease? Please tell me if its possible to have them removed with the old incision? Thank you so much! Im 44 yo.

I was told it would be removed with an incision under the breast. I really don't want to have a visible scar and would prefer it to be in my armpit. Can you explain if it can or can not be done? Can I have silicone implants placed under the muscle through the armpit removed with local anesthesia? I have had them for 4 years and I just want them out. The surgeon that placed them is board certified and very experienced. Thanks for any information you can give me!
