I had a successful explant a little over a year ago. At the time I wasn't at my "normal" weight so I opted against fat transfer as I knew I wouldn't retain the fat since I wanted to loose weight. I'm now there, 5'4" 135 lbs. I have excess inner thigh and tummy fat to graft from. Very interested in transferring that fat to my breast. Please provide me with surgeon suggestions.

Hi ladies, I'm wanting to explant but scared of reverting back to my flat AA-AAA cup chest so I am opting for fat transfer in the same surgery. Has any else had this done who was also a AA-AAA cup before implants? Has the fat transfer improved size somewhat? I'm hoping for the Kendall Jenner small breasts look. Do you think this is achievable? Note, I'm also leaving the capsule in.

For those that have had Breast fat transfer is there a rate in which it get re absorbed? For instance, is most fat lost within the first month and then it's more gradual, does the fat slowly go every month etc, or towards the end of the 4-6 mark?

So I had a full breast lift with 305cc silicone implants placed, but I have been having non stop issues with bottoming out (3 procedures going on 4). I decided I would just like to remove the implants and do fat transfer. Will my boobs look horrible if I remove my implants due to the breast lift scars?? Has anyone done this before? Please help :(

I had a fat transfer surgery from my abdomen and inner thighs to breasts 3 weeks ago. I'm feeling better but my skin is still very sensitive to touch in my tummy area and I have a lot of small hard lumps everywhere (waist, tummy, lower tummy, inner thighs). I'm 5 weeks after an explant and fat transfer. Things were going fine and then I just started itchy and got this rash. It's now been 3 days and not improving. It's keeping me awake at night. I also have some harder lumps in he centre were I am pointing! I read that itching means I'm healing or I am downhill?Any ideas what's going on.
