Hello, I want to get my boobs done I have always been self conscious about how wide set and sagging they are. I would love to have lifted and round breasts. Is there a way to make them look closer together, perky and round? Also, one is saggier than the other, can this be corrected? What is the best course of action? Thanks!
I am 510, 160 lbs, and I have a really wide sternum and my nipples point outwards. All of my wish photos are with girls who do not seem like their breasts were like mine before. Im worried that I wont like my results. The photo is me now. My right breast is a bit differently shaped and slightly smaller as well. Photos include my current breasts, my wish breasts, and what I fear might be my best result possible.
I have broad shoulders and breasts that are wide set (3 between them arms raised, about 2 with arms down). I wear a 36C but look like a small B nude. Im 59 fluctuate between 155-170 lbs, 1 child + nursed for 14 months. Can I achieve larger, full breasts that sit close together with natural cleavage like in the goal photo? I dont care about projection- I just want them full with a natural shape and closer together with cleavage.
Is it possible to have cleavage with my wide chest ? I don't know why I got a big space between my chest after BA. However, my PS never told me I will have separate breast after BA.. I am very disappointed. However, I think it is something PS has to inform before the procedure...
I'm not sure if it's just my anatomy (I'm very tall, hips, quite wide chest) but I was sort of after a more cleavage look. If I lose weight would this become more defined? Or am I going to have this wider none cleavage look... overall I'm happy as it's a huge improvement.
I'm 20 years old, my boobs keep on shrinking. I haven't lost any weight for about two years now. I gained maybe 5 pounds. I am at the point where I can't find an actual that fits due to having no boobs and I am wide chested so no bra feels right besides a sports bra. Growing up I have never had big boobs I just been an 36A. My boobs never started to shrink until a few months after my first kid and 2 years later they still keep on shrinking .

Surgeon said subglandular due to enough breast tissue (tissue-3cm,chest size-21cms (equilateral triangle),inter breast-1.9cm,width- both 15.3) I do weights at gym, hairdresser so use upper body daily. He said submuscular can buldge when the upper body muscles are being used.I want a natural look, and been told under the muscle is best to achieve that but surgeon said otherwise. Confused!Is subglandular implants the best for a natural look for an athletic body shape and lifestyle? Im 25, size 12, 176cms tall
I have a breast width of 14 as per my surgeons measurement! I am only 110 pounds and am worried that due to my breast width being wider I am going to have to choose a bigger implant than I wanted to! My surgeon has suggested 360cc minimum moderate profile! I was set on a smaller size as I am small everywhere else!
