Hello! I am a 35 yo woman considering a breast augmentation with low profile, still deciding between 275/315cc implants low profile. Ive seen 2 deferent doctors and one of them says 100% sure I need a lift, the other says I'll be fine with 250cc. I want something very natural. My back/shoulders are small, I usually use a xs size, my bra size is 34. I have been researching and do you think I would need a regular lift? an periareolar mastopexy? or just an implant 300cc?
Hello! I am pending augmentation in a couple of months. Im a C with very mild/borderline ptosis and naturally low-set breasts. I want to fill out and get a little bigger (breastfed 2 children to toddler stage, and lost 30 pounds). Im currently 130 # 59 and pushing my late 40s. Dr. saysI havewide shoulders and hips, but a very narrow chest. Right now we agreed on 450 cc, but Ive been walking around with rice sizers I kind of like 600 cc
I lost about 25 pounds so I have lost definition in my breasts. I was looking to get a breast augmentation and at my recent consultation, the Dr. told me I needed a breast lift. I believe I have pseudoptosis, but Im not sure if its actually true ptosis. Will I get good results without a lift? Will the lift be necessary for me?
I know I have pseudoptosis and I would really like to avoid a breast lift. I also dont want to go up more than one cup size. Will a high profile implant correct the droopiness of my breasts? Or will I need a lift? I am not worried about having some droop after the fact, I liked what my breasts looked like after I stopped breastfeeding but before they completely deflated.
hello! i'm a teenager with sagging breasts. i would like to fix it, but i'm unsure of whats even wrong. ever since i can remember i've had breasts that hang down lower than what they seem they should be, also i'm measured as a D34 for bras. my breasts feel like all the fat is being held down at the bottom around my areolas(which btw also bother me from the size)from the side view they look like it's flat at the top and goes down into a triangle(side note at a front view they have an extreme gap)
I had high profile 300 cc three months ago. I wanted to go bigger but doctor said it didn't fit. One of the doctors online by looking at pictures said that it looks like i developed star gazing pseudoptosis and that my implants are too small and narrow. To be honest I don't understand what it is and what it means. Do you agree that i have star gazing pseudoptosis? if so what is it and how can it be fixed? or if you have any other concerns in regard to my implants please let me know. Thank you!
Hello, I am considering BA in November and have pseudotosis (really just on one side), but this is not a question about me, just in general what is the difference between Dual Plane technique 1,2,3, and subglandular besides greater release of the muscle? In this picture it says DP 2 is for slight sag, and DP 3 is for minor sag, DP 1 is for no sagging and then subglandular is listed, but is not recommended. Does it look anymore different from one stage to the other, more upper pole volume?
I have pseudotosis and am interested in a breast implants. I'm sure I will need a breast lift in the future, but would like to wait until after having children (currently have no children). With only a breast augmentation, can I still achieve what I am looking for? I'm want to improve upper pole fullness. I'm considering a 600 cc silicone implant, sub-pectoral, inframammory incision. Am I just accelerating my need for a lift and are there any thoughts on what that timeline may look like?
