Breast Augmentation + Bump Q&A

Its been over a year since my breast augmentation. I had under muscle with internal stitches. About a month ago a small protruding bump popped up and now it is bigger and red. It does not hurt. It is on my left breast at the end of my incision. Should i be concerned? Is this normal? I mostly wear sports bras and dont wear wire bras. Im 41, 135lbs, 5'4, olive complextion. Dark hair

Hey there so I am 10 months postop from a under the muscle gummy bear breast aug. I am 23 years old. I am super happy with my results and I healed very well. One concern of mine is that I keep hitting this bump on my scar and it happens either on my left or my right breast but never at the same time on each. It looks like a mosquito bite but I know its not. it happens every other month or so and it kind of itches, but there is no pain. I am not using any scar cream or tape or anything at all.

I had a breast augmentation 2 years ago and this has just happened really hurts and its increasing in size went to my regular dr and was referred to a plastic surgeon

Hello, Im about 4 months post op. Transaxillary incisions, under the muscle, mentor implants. After my BA/during healing, I noticed a bump under one of my armpits (other armpit seems fine) and seemingly beneath my incision. It doesnt hurt and I havent noticed it growing or shrinking. My PS says it can be drained or I can leave it, but draining doesnt ensure it wont reappear. Is this normal? Should I get it drained? Attached are different angles of the bump. Thanks!

I had a breast aug and a lift 4 weeks ago this Friday.. My incision on my right breast has a white lump it's more red then my left breast and is very itchy will this heal on it's own?

So first he said they would fall out now i googled bc nylon stitches dissolve under the skin he left the ties exposed on the right side i talked to him and he said you can cut em yourself or come back to miami and ill do it (im in houston) on the r and this bump is there. I cut it but this bump was there before i cut it is it just irrated or is it a infection ive also read about spittin stitches kind of looks like tht. Any advice would be much appreciated

So I had breast augmentation 9 days ago under the muscle and I'm finally without any pain on my breast but under my arms it hurts a lot and where we usually shave I have a tiny lump on each armpit and it hurts to touch and it is very sore. Is that normal?

There is a white bump on my incision line that has been there for about 2 weeks now. I'm currently 5 weeks post op. If so will it go away? Or do I need to do anything for it? My ps is out of state so I cannot go to him unfortunately.

I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and sutures taken out a week ago and now have dissolvable. I felt a bump that is tender to touch under one suture area where the arrow is pointing and noticed some irritation around the incision sites. Is this a suture abscess or a part of healing ? I contacted the on call nurse and sent a photo and she basically said to eye it and call if it gets worse. I plan to call the office Monday if it's not better. I also was applying neosporin which they told me to stop.

I just had a ba 3 weeks ago and my breadts are very cone shaped. They are still tight, high, and hard to the touch. From the side it looks like a bump on the top then nothing on the bottom under the nipple. I was cleared to wear underwire bras and the bottom part does not fill out so they are very uncomfortable. How long does it take for them to even out? And will the bottom portion of my breast (under nipples) look larger than it does now? Thanks
