I had a tummy tuck lipo & bbl procedure done 4 weeks ago. 2 weeks later I had a staph infection which was due to necrosis. My surgeon opened me back up and removed the infected area. I have been cleaning my wound daily & my surgeon has been cleaning it every 3 days. Now he is saying it is clean. There is no more smell & I am taking the proper antibiotics. My surgeon is saying we can go ahead & close the wound. Should we close?

i recently got a BBL in turkey. When i got back to the UK i got rushed into hospital with suspected septicemia and had my hip cut open and the fat taken out due to infection. i am now left with a large open wound on my hip and have to have it drained and packed daily for 6 weeks. The company that i went though have admitted liability and told me they would refund my money 3 weeks ago. I still haven't received any thing back and are now ignoring all my messages.
I had my butt implants done in Ohio which is 8 hrs from me. Everything was fine till 9 weeks and I had what I would call like a baby soft spot on my left incision and it kept getting bigger to size of my thumb well went back to dr she cut the soft skin off and restitched well a week later it started opening so I flew back and she restitched again and within 3 days it's to the size of a thumb now she says to come back and be cleaned in hospital and restitched what are other thoughts hopeless
I've gotten a BBL on Nov. 21, 2014, and the Dr. Made an incision between my cheeks. As of a few days ago from today (12/7/14) the stitches have either fallen off or desolved, leaving an open hole in between my cheeks. Since the location of where it is, it can't seem to heal, I've done my part as to clean it with hydrogen peroxide and applying neosporin, testing it like any other open wound. From my personal experience, it seems the wound isn't healing. Is there any advice on this situation? TY
After research I found a ps who I was confident in. I went ahead & had the procedure done. I was so happy with my results! He injected 1060cc in one cheek and 1100 in the other. About 6 months later I began having complications so I called my dr for possible fat necrosis. He aspirated the area 3 times & then my skin got too thin and broke. I had an open wound on my butt.My question is, is the open wound normal part of fat transfers? I was left with 2 scars and a dent :(
