Right now I weight 180 but I plan on going to the military a year later. I need to be 155 to get in. But I would need all my fat to get best results. What should I do? Keep or lose the weight. My main concern is if I keep it, will I lose by new booty? Or if I lose it my results wouldn't be as good
I am active duty military and am wondering how much timw i would need before returning to work. I don't do too strenuous of work but i do lift moderately heavy from time to time and spend most of my time on my feet. Is a week to a week and a half okay?
I want to have this procedure done in June. I have 21 days vacation. I work 12 hours. I work EVERYDAY. And the living conditions are the best. I stay in an open bay with 9 women. Share a shower with over 100. I wanted to come home n have the procedure and return back to work. As I said I do have 21 day vacation. So if I have it a few days after I'm home, I may have 2 weeks to recover. Remind you the flight is about 13 hours back. Although I really want it, should I wait until I'm home for good?
How long after BBL can I being working out? I am military therefore Ill have a PT test in September 2019 and would like to do the BBL beginning of this year but Im not sure how long the recovery will be since I will have to run 1.5 miles in a certain time I have to be able to workout as soon as possible.
Im looking into getting a BBL, but lm also in the process of enlisting in the Navy. If its possible to get one while enlisted then Ill wait for an ample amount of time and approval to get one. But if I can get one before I enlist and the military wont have a problem with it than Ill postpone my leave date.
