I had my bbl procedure 3 months ago. For the first 3 months I felt awful- pain, zero energy, unwell- I found it quite hard. Because of that my diet wasn't what it should have been. I couldn't face eating lots of protein. Now I finally feel back to normal and am keen to feed my fat to help with my result and fluffing, but is it too late now to boost and maintain my fat cells? Thanks so much!
I've been doing IF for 2 years. I had arm lipo and bl/ba 6 months ago and went back to IF a week or 2 after surgery and I believe it really helped in my recovery. This time around I had a BBL and want to get back to IF but I don't want to jeopardize my results. I'm not calorie counting but I try to eat nutrient dense foods since my appetite has been reduced post op. (I had a TT along with the BBL). Will IF ruin my BBL?
Im having a brazillian butt lift and have maintained my weight in order to give enough fat for the process, I am having a fair amount removed. I am aiming at reducing my calorie intake and increasing exersize post surgery but am not sure what to drop too during the recovery process? The macro calculator tells me 1200 cals a day is enough while im sedentary..any advice on what to do?
Hello! i have a really hard time to get food down my system. The first day after bbl I only puked everything up but got a shot for that and now I have started to eat better. But it aint lot and I try to eat as much as possible to get my strength back. Also I have a really bad time to sleep because sleeping on my stomach make me get some type of heartburn. Also I did not go to do number two yet do u know anything that could help? I did my surgery in Colombia. Thats for answer!
I have been thinking about getting a BBL for a year or so now and think I will go through with it. I am concerned though, how close to my goal weight should I be? I am 5'5 and look good/ feel good at 150-160. I gained a lot of weight (now 180) during a dark period but now I am eating right and working out again. How close to my goal weight should I get? I'd like to book my surgery in May but it all depends on the weight thing. Thanks!
I have my surgery set up for next months, my hemo is 9.0 and u need atleast a 12.0 im taking iron, vitamin C, eat alot of green but still not sure if those gonna help for the next few weeks can anyone tell me what is the best thing to take? And if my iron will be level up by then? Thanks
I had my surgery on Friday, June 9 in Miami, and I haven't really had much of an appetite since then. I've eaten very little anytime I've been presented with food. I'll eat a little then feel really full. Does this have anything to do with having to lie on my stomach? If a decrease in appetite is normal, how drastic might it be and how long might this last? I'm just trying to figure this all out. Please advise.
