Im having a brazillian butt lift and have maintained my weight in order to give enough fat for the process, I am having a fair amount removed. I am aiming at reducing my calorie intake and increasing exersize post surgery but am not sure what to drop too during the recovery process? The macro calculator tells me 1200 cals a day is enough while im sedentary..any advice on what to do?
I've heard that after the BBL the metabolic rate is higher (to help body recover from surgery) so body burns more calories than normally and I should eat more to compensate for that in order to preserve the grafted fat best for first 2-3 weeks, is that true?
Hi. I had a BBL on 3/25 with a good result I didn't sit, made sure to intake adequate calories and wore my compression garment faithfully, about 5 wks after my BBL results started to decrease (booty got smaller) My surgeon is willing to do a revision in six months but I don't want to go through surgery and recovery again if my body will reject the fat.
