I had a BBL/inner thigh lipo on April 28th, 22. I told my surgeon that my #1 priority was to fill my hip dips. I wanted an hourglass shape but ended up with a pear shape. I also feel like it looks like 2 balls versus having a smooth transition. My concern is the indented areas on the upper sides that look like they are over-lipod. My surgeon said it was from my garment which is impossible as it wasnt tight there. It matches his felt marks from the video I took one day after my surgery.
Female, 5'3, 196 lbs, 57 years of age, I had a BBL/360 January 2022 and my buttocks is not round and full as I would like. I reached out too the surgeon that preformed my BBL/360 and was told that it was best to get a tummy tuck. What does a tummy tuck has to do with my buttom? The second surgeon say at my age a around 2 BBL will not help me achieve the roundness the that I am looking for, is that true. He also mention a tummy tuck after reviewing my pictures. I just want a round buttom.
Hello, I am 25 yo male, 63' and 180 lbs. I got extended tummy tuck + bbl ~6 months ago in LA. I had complications from superficial fat necrosis, and my body created two holes and leaked the inside content. My surgeon placed drains to control this and the leakage stopped and holes healed. Now, my right buttock looks punctured (concave), discolored (started hydroquinone 4%) and dented. I also have a lot of scar tissue. What are my options to correct the above? And when can I do that?
Im a female 55 174. I had a bbl over 6 months ago but Im disappointed that my right butt cheek after an ultrasound found heterogeneous area of subcutaneous fat. This may reflect lipoma contusion or area of fat necrosis. No drainable. Im extremely uncomfortable, can not wear lose clothes as that area hangs and feels heavy. Still waiting to hear back of my options. Do I need an expert for these types of situations? What are my options? Can it be fixed? Need help and advise, please
Hello, On May '17 I had lipo & BBL. 3 days later the fat from my right cheek migrated to the back of my thigh, leaving a lump in my leg and my right cheek visibly smaller. I voiced my concern to the PS who performed the BBL and he told me we would have to redo the BBL. So in July '17 I had a second BBL. Same thing happened, not even a week later the fat started to migrate. My primary doctor has ordered an ultrasound. Will this be enough to check if its silicone? I will see a PS in Cali.
