I have crooked teeth, which mean that my upper front teeth are protrude. I knew that I need braces to fix my teeth. Unfortunately, I accidentally chipped my front tooth 7 years ago. After a month of the accident, I've got my front tooth fixed with dental filling. Am I still suitable to have braces?
Can I sue my dentist for shaving down my teeth so that my two front teeth are both unequal lengths, making it look like I have a chipped tooth. She also shaved down my molars so that they don't meet giving me an open bite and making it very hard to chew. She did this all without my permission in my first month of the six months smiles braces. What are my alternatives? Will she fix my teeth with dental bonding for free as its her fault? I paid 1700 pounds for these braces. Thank you.
I'm almost 19. When I was younger I sucked my thumb and now have an overbite. I have crowding on the bottom and on the top also they slightly cross in the back. I am wondering if it would be a waste of money to get braces. Also how long would i need them? (when I went to the orthodontist with my sister they told me about a year and a half). Also.. I chipped my front tooth, which I haven't went to the dentist for. I'm self conscious of them and I would get traditional braces if I got them.
I'm 20 years old and have a prosthetic tooth in replacement for one of my front teeth. I have always had problems with my front teeth mainly them chipping. I still need braces and am considering getting a bridge done, but can i get a bridge done before the braces? I just really don't want to be toothless with braces. I'm not wanting to damage my other teeth thats why i only want the bridge on the central incisors. Is a bridge permanent or will there be long term issues? Example, it falling off.
