Hi, I am considering getting Botox on my forehead to improve uneven eyebrows (one eyebrow is a bit lower than the other one. The injector I spoke with also said that it would be good to treat frowning muscles at the same time as I tend to make angry looking face. I have a sloped forehead with very prominent brow bone. I know that muscles shrink with Botox because I get my masseters injected. Is there a risk that my brow bone will become even more prominent with Botox?
I had Botox injected 3 months ago. Ive had it four times before over the last 4 years. This time Im not sure if the injector might have used too much or something? Ive had these deep ridges develop under my eyes, as you can see in the photo. What should I say next time around to avoid this happening? Would filler improve it?
Hello doctors! I am very self conscious about my eyebrow ridge. I feel I look very masculine from the side. I am pleased with how I look straight on except minor lines etc. I have my first appt for fillers/botox soon. Is this something they could fill? Is my nose causing the problem? Does my hairline need to be lowered? I was told after a brain MRI I have scar tissue on my sinuses. Could that be causing or adding to the bump? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you for your time!
I recently had 6 units of botox injected in my chin for my pebble/cobblestone chin. Today is the second day and I have developed a ridge/ledge where part of my chin just sticks out when my lips come together. It looks awful! I need to know if this is likely to resolve and if not what I can do to fix it. I am NOT interested in getting more botox as it made me feel sick after! Can Juvederm help fix this issue and can I expect any severe side effects to it? Can I easily fix this issue?
I had botox in my corrugator muscles. After great results from that, I noticed this vertical ridge in the center of my forehead was still there but looked worse. Maybe because everything else smoothed out except for that ridge. When I try to frown it seems the muscles on either side of the ridge cause it to look deeper. Is it my frontalis muscle that needs botox to smooth it out? Will filling it with a Hyaluronic acid filler be the best bet? My injector doesn't want to do anything about it.
I Now Have a Very Prominent tear trough on the left side where the ridge protrudes. I can only put it down to the botox. Can botox cause this and if so will it rectify itself as it wears off? The other tear trough is fine and Ive never had any issue with them before the botox. I also get slight tingling near the ridge.
