I'm unhappy with how the tip of my nose droops downwards, I'm not interested in surgery but have heard Botox relaxes the muscle and can help lift the tip of the nose. I'm curious if this would help the appearance of my nose? I've considered getting filler to get a non surgical nose job look but am worried of the chance of going blind and other complications of getting fillers in the nose after researching.
I had Botox injected into the depressor Septi muscle to prevent my nose from drooping when I smile. In the picture attached, I showed where it was indicted. Each injection was 3 units. I havent seen the effects yet, as its only been one day, but Im having a lot of anxiety that it is going to do something weird to my mouth in a week. The reason is because Ive looked online and every video showed only the middle objection. Not the two on the side. Should I be worried?
I wanted to get Botox to stop my nose from drooping when I smile. I noticed After 7 days my upper lip is thinner .. Is this going to fade away within days? Or its going to last until the Botox is gone!? Is there any correction procedure for this?
My nose droops down when I smile, which I don't like. However, I am concerned how this will affect my smile, in addition to my flute playing and whistling. Besides keeping my nose from bending down when I smile, how else will my smile change? Will it lengthen my upper lip? Will it make my smile less gummy or more gummy? etc. Also, will I still be able to whistle or play flute just as well as before, or will paralyzing this muscle affect these abilities? Thanks in advance!
