Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin seems to appear more “refreshed” versus his days of yesteryear – or in this case, literally last year.

The 58-year-old former KGB officer recently spoke at the United Russia Congress over the weekend to accept his party’s presidential nomination.  His face caused a stir amongst his country – and on the internet globally.

The normally weathered world leader was almost wrinkle-free.  His previous baggy eyes were baggy no more.  Is he using a miracle cream with Russian caviar we are not aware of?  Or did Prime Minister Putin get some cosmetic work done a la Libya's Moammar Gadhafi?  Even Italy’s Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, has admitted to eyelid work and a hair transplant in 2003 and 2004, respectively.

An official for Putin, Dmitry Peskov, told UK’s Daily Mail, “As far as I know he hasn’t been going through any surgical interventions.”

Hmmm…that doesn’t sound like a “no.”

Apparently, experts have weighed in on the "before" (right) and “after” (left) shots of Putin and have speculated a laundry list of work: a facelift, cheek fillers, a brow lift, an eye bags treatment, and Botox.

Whatever it may be, his new look is just in time to run for President, his intention for the upcoming year.
Now it’s your turn, readers.  What do you think?
