South Korea is the plastic surgery capital of the world -- and it's pop stars that are driving the trend.

Vice host Charlotte Duboc travels to Seoul for fashion week to see how the K-Pop phenomenon has influenced Korean styles and culture. During her trip to South Korea she is unsettled by how the young, international superstars have made the "western look" the ideal for asian beauty. With 1 in 5 women undergoing some form of cosmetic procedure, South Korea has the highest number of surgeries performed per capita. One woman revealed to Charlotte that their celebrity worship surpasses any other country, "I think our desire to look as pretty as celebrities is far greater here than in any other country."

Skip ahead to 27 minutes to see how one patient who recently got Botox injections to change the shape of her jawlines reacts when Charlotte, very much a "Western" model type, says the two of them have different looks.
