For those of you who have a fear of needles, look away!  Jill Zarin is at it again.  In her unending pursuit to stay young, she takes RHoNY viewers to her doctor's office as she undergoes a liquid facelift.

Zarin, 48, has shot down rumors of a nose job in the past.  Yet, she has been very outspoken about undergoing a liquid facelift to preserve a youthful appearance.

“I have not used any plastic surgery…[my dermatologist] uses a liquid facelift,” she told Wendy Williams in May.  Fans were told that the procedure would be shown this season, and they finally got a glimpse in last week's episode.

Before they start, Jill asks if the injections can help lift her brow.  During the procedure, Jill's doctor, the renowned Dr. Patricia Wexler, proceeds to poke and prod Jill's face with her filler of choice with what looks like the longest needle in the world.  She amusingly advises Jill to curse and scream all she wants and comments on her said "singing" (aka screaming).

non-surgical facelift before and after"I started doing a liquid facelift about 2 years ago and I do it every 5 or 6 months," says Jill.  "It sort of wards off the sagging and the aging process."

According to Raleigh plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Law, "A 'liquid facelift' is a procedure that is performed using temporary dermal fillers like Juvederm, Restylane or Perlane. There is little to no downtime with a liquid facelift. This might be an ideal treatment for some, but the results are temporary and it does not address excess skin."

For those squeamish over needles, having to do this over and over again may not be too appealing.  But, for what it is worth,  it's still far less invasive than the cut of a true facelift.

Remember, "Beauty is pain."

Watch below as her pal Sonja Morgan observes the procedure (and obvious pain that Jill is feeling).  Somehow, we think there were a few edited "choice words" that were said during the needle prodding.  Just a guess...
