Jennifer Aniston doesn't rule out Botox post-divorce

Jennifer Aniston has also been subject to some of the harshest glares of Hollywood’s spotlight for her divorce from Brad Pitt.

Jennifer Aniston, 38, is a reluctant America’s Sweetheart. On one hand, the beauty from Greek descent flashes her pearly whites all over magazine covers, and struts her toned, tanned figure down endless red carpets, but on the other, she hides behind scarves and shuns the attention of the media when approached off hours in her personal life. But one thing is certain, Aniston’s celebrity status is here to stay, and her looks are among the most enviable in the world.

The Hair Chronicles

Jennifer’s foray into the mainstream came with her role of Rachel Green on “Friends.” She won an Emmy and a Golden Globe for her portrayal of the lovable spoiled rich girl turned café waitress, but in the show’s early days, it was her hairdo that won the most praise.

Nothing has changed in ten years, as women continue to flock to their salons with photos of the star and her various states of tresses, asking to look just like her. Jennifer also sought solace in the company of her hairstylist and friend, Chris McMillan, the man behind “The Rachel” haircut, when her marriage from Brad Pitt ended.

She maintains her current hairstyle by using the Sedu Ceramic Flat Iron, to achieve smooth, straight hair. The star also protects one of her best assets by coating her hair with Kerastase Soleil Aqua Resist. This product helps prevent sun damage as well as hydrating the hair and nourishing it with Vitamins B5 and E. She said her natural hair was ruined by hair extensions, and that it took a year and a half to grow her hair out and get it healthy again.

Skin Care and Tan Tactics

I have seen countless photos of Jennifer lying out in the sun and catching some rays to flaunt bronzed skin. However, her quintessential California girl tan is also attributed to Fake Bake Self Tanning Tri-Pack kit. Perhaps this is why we never see our golden girl out and about appearing anything less than well, golden.

Jen does rely heavily on nature for her skin care regimen, favoring Dr. Hauschka and Jurlique products, both brands known for their natural, organic and botanical ingredients. Her skin is flawless, and she is typically spotted wearing very little to no make-up, so clearly these products work for her.

She also told Bazaar Magazine in 2006 that she uses Neutrogena bar soap to wash her face. During the past several months, the star has been photographed on multiple occasions toting a bottle of SmartWater. Rumor has it that she is in talks to be the face behind the brand. Her perfect skin is evidence that she has been testing the water vigorously.

“Om” Her Way

Jennifer is a devoted yoga enthusiast who credits the ancient exercise with helping her process and recover from her heartache over her divorce from Brad Pitt. An added bonus is that the workout has kept her body in supreme physical condition. She is an avid follower of her yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, whose book she helped promote.

She also finds bliss in spa-going and has been snapped at the Sanctuary Spa in Paradise Valley, Arizona and at Red Door Spa in Chicago. She loves to indulge in beauty treatments, facials and massages.

To Botox, or not to Botox?

During an interview with Diane Sawyer, Aniston told the journalist that as far as she could determine, Botox was not in her future, but that she wouldn’t rule it out entirely. For now she said she is at ease with herself and her looks, but she goes on to declare, "Let me say this: I have no idea if I won't be sticking a needle in my head… I'm not saying I'm against it. I'm just saying people can do whatever they want to do."

Nobody Nose the Truth

Jennifer has undergone what she refers to as two septopastys to repair her deviated septum in 1994 and in 2007. Some believe the surgeries were cosmetic nose jobs, not performed for medical reasons. Whatever the case may be, her nose is now a perfect part of her face, due to Dr. Raj Kanodia, the plastic surgeon also responsible for Cameron Diaz and Ashlee Simpson’s noses.

Money Talks

Those million dollar paychecks from “Friends” really paid off, as Forbes Magazine ranked Aniston the 10th richest woman in entertainment for 2007.
