It's been 4 years since I've had my nose done. The nose bridge is silicone implant and the tip is my own cartilage. I don't know if a bug but my nose tip or if it is infected. It is a little itchy, but it doesn't hurt. I also have this wart? in my nostril, it also doesn't hurt. But I am still worried.
I had an Asian rhinoplasty done in Banobagi, South Korea 15 months ago and my radix is unaturally above my eye. I also specifically voiced my concerns about a high radix pre op. They also didnt provide me with table photos when I asked for it. I dont think they took table photos at all. What can be done to fix this? I feel so insecure about my side profile.
Four years prior, I went to Korea for Asian rhinoplasty for the first time using a silicone nasal implant. Before getting my nose job, I never had a more obvious alar crease appearance, specifically on my left side. Despite knowing that having an alar crease is entirely normal anatomy, I never had a more prominent appearance. I just want to know what went wrong and if there are any procedures that exist to soften the appearance.
I have suffered a lot from wide nose, and felt not confident about my wide nose a lot of times in social settings. My nose too wide and flared.. Are there any recommendations to solve this issues. Hope anyone could provide a solid steps to help my insecurities.
Im thinking of doing rhinoplasty. So i was wondering if my bridge is considered low or not? My priority is to fix my alar & tip - as my nostril is too visible from the front side. My concern is that i will look unnatural if I just fix the tip & alar without the bridge. if i do need a bridge fix, im thinking of doing rib cartilage. But im worried it might look too high if i use rib. If you consider my face harmony, how should i fix my nose? How high should i do my bridge?
I originally had an upturned, bulbous, wide, short, flat nose. I went to Korea to get a rhinoplasty and they added a 4mm silicone implant and donated rib to lengthen the tip. I want to remove the implant instead add filler for a taller bridge, alarpasty, and bulbous removal. Would it look worse? Since my skin is already stretched from the implant? I want to keep the length. Im worried that if I remove the implant Id have to remove the rib too and go back to being upturned and short. Thank you!
I am given the choice by a clinic to use either silicone or donor cartilage for the nose. The clinic said that donor cartilage will make my nose more natural as compared to silicone but the re-absorption rate is higher.. what does it mean? I am looking for full nose rhino with donor cartilage but am afraid of reabsorption, would silicone be better for me but the tip of my nose is using donor as compared to whole nose donor? Please advise! I have bulbous nose tip and need ostomy.
