So very happy!! I had saline implants from 21 years ago over the muscle. Dr. Burgdorf and his amazing team performed an implant exchange using silicone under the muscle which I was so nervous that my pain would be through the roof but it was the easiest experience and recovery ever. I also had liposuction all around my abdomen and flanks that I had been considering for about 20 years also, and I wish I had done both of these sooner. I’m so thrilled and ecstatic with my results! No more hiding under flowy shirts or being afraid to be in public in a bikini. All my clothes fit and I can get rid of the baggy shirts and wear crop tops if I want now! My implants immediately felt like I was born with them and not like a “foreign object”, and now they’re protected by my breast muscle plus I can do mammograms now since my tissue is above. I always had full trust in Dr. Burgdorf and his phenomenal team all the way through and after for checkups. He is the best of the best. After my surgery day I said I would do this again in a heartbeat and was up and moving around and just so happy with what I already saw. Huge confidence booster from pre surgery for myself. Received injections on 4/2/21 & 5/4 2021. Minor bruising but otherwise looked pretty but by July most of filler had been adsorbed and wrinkle were almost as bad as prior to treatment. I was really disappointed in the results. I had expected the filler to be long lasting.

Dr. Burgdof is amazing he exceeded my expectations! I’m a 32 year old male and he did liposuction on my chest, abdomen and flanks with a fat transfer to my butt. I’m so excited about my new body! Dr. Burgdorf and staff are great. I had been thinking of getting a breast enhancement off and on for years and finally did it and I am...well... over 49. It is never too late to make changes. I was fine before but on the small size. (32/34 A increased to a "full 34 C") My reservations, anticipation and being a bit nervous about the idea would keep me from doing so in the past, in addition, wondering if it was the right thing to do in altering my body from what I was first given. I did a lot of research (I have a Ph.D. so research I do and didn't take this lightly) and made my consultation meeting. The moment I walked into Dr. Burgdorf's office, I felt somewhat strange not being in a plastic surgeon's office before, however, every staff person made me feel at ease and comfortable. This type of attention continued from day one to each followup appointment. Dr. Burgdorf and his assistant took their time to listen and thoroughly answered my concerns. (I had my notebook and checklist full of questions). . They are personable and very professional. At this point I am only 3 months since surgery and doing great. I wanted a size that wasn't necessarily obvious and people who knew me would not be sure if I did something or not but that I looked great and it has given me more confidence in many ways. I didn't do this for anyone but myself and am glad I did. If you follow instructions before, during and after surgery, you'll be just fine. Thank you Dr. Burgdorf and staff.

My experience without Dr. Burgdorf couldn’t have ben better! He has such a great bedside manner and makes sure all of my needs were being met! Throughout the whole process his entire staff made sure I was comfortable and that I felt welcomed!
