Breast Surgery

1. Picking the Size: Most of our patients want a new breast look that fits their frame, and looks proportional. So, it's important to measure the breast dimensions, and to use one's experience to recommend an appropriate implant.
2. Implant choices: Patients have a choice of all FDA-approved smooth implants, including standard saline and standard silicone, gummy bear (cohesive silicone) and structured saline implants. We'll help you with the selection.
3. Placement: Typically, I'll use a dual-plane approach, with an infra-mammary incision. Newer studies show this approach has the lowest rate of complications, including capsular contracture.
4. Avoiding capsules. I like to use the 14-point plan, described by Deva and associates. It includes a number of technical things, including using an introducer sleeve (Keller funnel), betadine washout of the pocket, delicate dissection of the pocket and careful hemostasis for every case.

Had it done 2 yrs ago, recently lost over 20 pounds and have to have them lifted again.
He said he would do it for free any revisions I would need and would have to still pay the anesthesiologist and for the Operating room.

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Fialas office, last March I had an implant leak from augmentation 15 years ago, and my doctor was no longer available. At 56 I was quite nervous about breast surgery again and finding the right doctor. I read Dr. Fialas reviews and went to see him. He was awesome and made me feel totally at ease and all his staff was great before and after my surgery. My results are great. I highly recommend them and have told many of my friends.
