At OptimalSelf, we take a personal approach to “Mommy Makeovers.” The term “Mommy Makeover” doesn’t refer to any pre-defined surgery or surgeries, but general applies to procedures on the breasts and abdomen, particularly on women who have had children. A couple of of things to note, however. The breast procedure is customized to the patient and what she wants in consultation with Dr. Birchenough. It can be a breast lift (mastopexy), breast augmentation (with implants and/or fat grafting) or both!. For the abdomen, mini- or full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with or without muscle tightening (rectus plication) may be appropriate. In select patients, liposuction only, without any skin removal might work! And these procedures aren’t limited to mothers! Any patient who has lost weight or had changes in their breasts and abdomen can benefit. Come in for a personalized and personable discussion about what is optimal for you!

Consultation Fee:
$175. Consultation fee is due at the time of scheduling your consultation. This can be applied to your surgery, or any of our many other office treatments.
