One could not ask for more, the lower bleph. was masterful and beyond expectations. Dr. Prasad and his office are all amazing. I am so thankful I discovered them and elected for the procedure. No more am I fussing with methods that only camouflage the issue. Dr. Prasad needed only minutes to identify the problem and advise on what would best serve a significant and satisfactory improvement/outcome. At first it was really hard to accept that I needed surgery, as the onset of the eyelid fat herniation was very sudden for me, at least to the degree that it became visually significant. I was convinced the issue was filler migration, etc. Once I accepted this I now understand that it's actually /more natural/ to have the surgical procedure than it is to mask the issue with non-surgical options like fillers. The reason is simple, the surgery restores your face and that junction of cheek/eyelid from a negative vector to a youthful contour, where as if you already have good volume, fillers build your lower orbital rim out of proper proportion to cover the issue.. The later results in a less natural, as well as less solidified solution. Now it's simply fixed, as if it never happened. And as a bonus, my cheeks look better and higher too since they are now the apex again.

What a talented doctor. Great bedside manner, incredibly talented and made me feel so comfortable despite the fact that I was so nervous. I got tear trough filler despite having had a horrible experience in the past. It's just 24 hours later and I am loving the results! No bruising or swelling, I look like I slept for days!

I was not able to select Y Lift as my procedure. when starting this review. OMG!! Dr. Amiya Prasad is amazing! He saved me from myself and other surgeon's scalpels!! If I could leave a million star rating I would. I booked a consultation through Real Self. The consult was not free and that's ok, I totally respect that. I wanted to hear what he had to say. Dr. Prasad was the fourth consult that I went to. The other 3 surgeons suggested a face and neck lift. All they suggested was surgery. I just assumed Dr. Prasad was going to suggest the same for me as he is a surgeon that performs face and neck lifts, too. He advised if I were to have anything done, it should be a Y Lift based on his assessment of the key things that would restore my youthful contours. His office sent me a quote. My hubby and I discussed a few important points. 1. Dr. Prasad is a surgeon that performs face lifts and neck lifts so why did he suggest this procedure at a fraction of the cost? 2. If I went ahead with this and did not feel it was satisfactory, I could always pursue the face and neck lift.3. Recovery time and the ability to undo what was done if I wasn't happy with the results.I decided to go ahead with the procedure and OMG!!!!!!! I can't believe what I look like? Not just 10 or more years younger but even better than I looked 10 + years ago!! I am in awe. I can't stop looking in the mirror. I want to tell everyone. I've started wearing makeup again. Had I've had a neck and face lift, I still would have needed the volume. When you see other surgeons glitzy before and afters, read the fine print; they've had face and neck lift plus brow lifts, cheek implants, fat grafting or fillers, lasers, lip lifts and more.Don't event think twice, go to Dr. Prasad. He is conservative in his approach and absolutely genius!! Had the best experience ever. I can't believe Dr. Prasad has been there all this time and I didn't know it!!! This is part of my 6 week update that I posted yesterday. Those images were pretty yellow. Love the contours. I did have PRP to under eyes with Dr. Prasad as well 4 weeks ago. Updated on 17 May 2021: Image of syringes used. Not sure what’s in each syringe but I imagine there’s some type of numbing agent and then different HA fillers. Only HA fillets are used but they do have different thickness for different areas. I don’t remember specifically which fillers were used. Very little Botox was used, it was like a little sprinkling. Updated on 15 Nov 2024: Original YLift by Dr Prasad hasn't needed any touch-ups or adjustments. I think it gets better over time :) I get about 40 units of Botox every few months but that's not part of a YLift. If you're on the fence about the costs, do it, it's worth it. There's no downtime and no regrets... no surgery or sedation/anesthesia required. Office staff is amazing... as is Dr. Prasad.

excellent doctor; had upper and lower eyelid surgery, no pain, great result; sorry i waited so long. had seen many surgeons; tried injectable fillers for years and results eventually made the situation worse. dr. prasad's first consult stated that fillers were no longer appropriate due to my age (68) and i trusted his opinion and skills (he filled my cheekbones with juvaderm) and decided to bite the bullet and do the surgery. no pain, just bruising and swelling and went almost entirely in 2 weeks. i would trust him with any cosmetic surgery; he is a perfectionist.

Dr. Prasad removed my under eye bags 2 years ago. Super happy with the results :). Last week my sister had the same procedure done by him. Great skills, pleasant personality! I wish I did it 20 years ago. Highly recommend!

I am feeling super pleased with my results, i could not be happier. when i first did the treatment i dont know what i was expecting but what i got has far exceeded my expectations. i would recommend anyone who is questioning their hair loss to see this doctor, after 1.5 years i have seen some incredible growth.

I'm very happy with my experience with Dr. Prasad. Not only am I getting terrific results from the procedure, but the experience in the office is excellent. Everyone is professional, friendly and all procedures are explained thoroughly. The office is bright and new. Overall, this is a practice I highly recommend to anyone interested in finding out what hair loss treatments might work best for them.

I never liked myself or could look in a mirror, that is until i met the miracle man and fabulous surgeon Dr. Prasad who made me love myself with his golden touch. I look fantastic with my Facelift and Upper blephaoplasty. I have a complete new look. Dr Prasad is heaven sent and i would recommend him to anyone for cosmetic surgery. He is very friendly, very patient and extremely accommodating to all his patients! All of his staff are very nice and there for you in every way.

. Dr Prasad is a phenomenal master surgeon. I went in requesting a more expensive procedure but his discerning eye and expertise led him to recommend a different way forward, resulting in an absolutely natural result that still takes a decade off my appearance. I was so thrilled that he was able to perform the surgery without putting me through general anesthesia. The procedure was a piece of cake. The staff, each and every one, is warm, friendly, intelligent, loves their work and loves Dr Prasad. You are able to ask any and all questions. They worked with me on financing. One of the best decisions of my life.
