I recently had an operation on August 13th, 2021. Dr. Tavavalli and his staff made my operation experience a dream. They are extremely professional and loving. They made sure to comfort me before and after my operation, following up with calls to check up on me to see how I'm feeling. Not to mention my results and recovery experience are amazing. I will definitely come back to him once I decide what I will do next. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After nursing 3 babies, I had my breast augmentation done in April 2021 and Dr. Tavallali has left me better than where I started before kids! The initial consultation was extremely thorough and I left feeling very informed and safe in his hands. He has fantastic bedside manner, is so professional, knowledgeable and honest. Updated on 2 Jul 2021: Here are a few pictures from before the surgery, one week out, and now 4 1/2 months after the surgery. I went from barely a 34B to a 34D. It took several months for the skin and chest muscles to loosen enough to feel comfortable. You can’t rush the progress, but now they feel pretty normal and I have no regrets. I love the Ideal Implant because I have no concerns about silicone leaking in the event of a rupture and I feel like this was the best choice for me. I have zero scarring because Dr Tavallali went in through the nipple. He did a beautiful job!

Dr. Tavallali was very professional and helpful when picking the right size I wanted to go up to but in keeping it natural looking. I was in for a consultation first Monday of the month then had my procedure at the end of that same month. The recovery process was actually pretty quick, minimal pain and I was back to work that Monday (after doing the surgery on the previous Friday). For all the follow-up appointments he was very informative about what to expect after the surgery. He was very reassuring, and a nice guy overall.

Simply Amazing! Is the briefest way sum up my experience with Dr. Tavallali and his staff!! In short, I had a wound that scared on my upper shoulder from a motorcycle accident in 2015. It never healed properly and I suffered with pain for 3 solid years. I couldn't sleep on that side and the slightest movement hurt it. I had seen other doctors about it and desperately asked them to remove it, fix it, do anything to help me feel better and I was told there was nothing they could do. I was so disheartened. I had all but given up. However, my husband did not like seeing me in constant pain and insisted I try to find doctor that could help me. I found Dr. Tavallali online and saw he had excellent reviews and he was conveniently located near Tysons Corner. I made the appointment and the staff was so kind, friendly and professional. I was impressed but didn't want to get my hope' up. They fit me pretty quickly for a consultation. Let me tell you, that appointment changed my life for the better! He said that he could help me. I could hardly believe my ears. I literally cried happy tears. I explained my financial position and he generously worked with me. He truly cared about me as a person and didn't want me to suffer any longer. He gave me options on the best procedures to tackle it and laid out the possible outcomes. He was knowledgeable and honest. I knew that I was in good hands. A short while later I was back for the surgery which was done in his office. I was so excited and a little nervous. It is after not everyday you have surgery. But Dr. Tavallali and his staff made me feel comfortable and reassured me. Well, it all went perfectly! I am pain free for the first time in years, I can sleep on that side now and move totally without pain. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Tavallali!! He is absolutely the very best plastic surgeon! I will recommend him to anyone seeking a procedure within his expertise. You will not find a more caring, capable, professional Doctor!

I had visited many plastic surgeons for breast argumentation but none ever worked with me or made me feel comfortable until i visited Dr. Tavallali which was recommended to me by a family friend. I was able to schedule a consultation that did not require me to wait for weeks and his staff answered every question i had. Since i was only going to be in Virginia for a couple weeks they worked fast and got me papered to have surgery within in a week. After my surgery they followed up with me and answered all my question via phone and email. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Tavallali and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I had an arm lift from sagging skin due to weight loss. He did an exceptional job and my arms went down about 5 inches. I am very happy with the results.
