Procedures I'm known for
Post-Pregnancy Procedures
After childbirth, moms not only have to adapt to a new baby—they must also adjust to the significant changes in their bodies. A mommy makeover at my Baltimore-area practice can restore your pre-baby body. This customized combination of procedures targets common issues such as changes in the shape of the breast, volume loss, stretch marks, excess skin in the abdominal area, and stubborn fat. My patients typically opt for a breast lift with or without augmentation, a tummy tuck, and liposuction to further sculpt the torso. Some also choose to have a Brazilian butt lift, or facial rejuvenation. The results of this procedure can transform your body and restore your confidence. I invite you to schedule a consultation to explore your options and discuss your ideal treatment plan.
Hip & Butt Enhancement
I perform the Brazilian butt lift by first performing 360 lipo with small, thin cannulas. These thin cannulas allow me to achieve smooth, even liposuction results. After liposuction, the adipose fat is decanted, then centrifuged so that I can separate the highly viable (good) fat cells from the cells that would not survive in your buttocks. Since the fat that I inject has been processed to get rid of the undesirable cells, this fat will be permanent. With the injection technique, there is an extreme attention to safety. I use a manual fat injection technique which injects only 1-5 ccs of fat at a time. This is very different from high pressure pumping techniques that inject hundreds of cc in 1-2 hours. By slowly injecting small amounts of fat into only the subcutaneous layer of the buttocks, I have confidence that your BBL is safe. I use only Board Certified Anesthesiologists, not CRNAs. I am one of 19 plastic surgeons worldwide with membership on the ASPS Gluteal Fat Safety Panel.
Breast Surgery
Breast augmentation is a popular option for patients who wish to increase their breast volume and refine their shape. I offer both breast implant surgery and fat transfer breast augmentation. All patients are very involved in the decision-making process and get to “try on” various breast implant sizes and shapes, so they can confidently select those that are best for their proportions. To restore perkiness to sagging breasts, a mastopexy (breast lift) is an excellent option. I also offer breast reduction, including gynecomastia surgery (male breast reduction). I believe well-informed patients make the best decisions, so my goal is always to answer all of your questions and establish good communication during your consultation at my Baltimore-area practice, so you feel confident in your decision and love your results.
