I have had two breast augmentations completed by Doctor Pousti. Prior to my augmentation! Growing up I played softball and at 18 my Mother took me to a doctor in Arizona to have a consultation. My mother at the time was willing to pay for my augmentation as a graduation gift. As much as I wanted breast at the time my love for softball was much stronger and I wanted to pursue my college softball scholarship. Looking back this decision was a blessing. I waited till my 20's to have my first augmentation. We were living in Arizona at the time and we found Doctor Pousti. We drove up had consultation and made the choice to have the surgery. I felt safe and comfortable from the moment I walked into the office. He is genuine and his staff are amazing as well. My first surgery went so well and healed quickly. I was a small A cup and after healing I was a decent C cup. After a year I decided I wanted to go bigger and of course went back to see Doctor Pousti. He as honest about size increase and I decided to go for it! I love my breast and have even considered going back to have a slight increase. I will never see another surgeon no matter how far I am! My breast still look amazing and my scars are very small. If you are considering breast augmentation this is the Doctor to go to. The staff are amazing and they continue to check on you throughout healing. I live in Ohio now and if I ever decide to make any changes to my breast I will be flying to California! I will forever be grateful for my breast journey.

Growing up, I've always been self-conscious about my small breasts. I was a 32A and had a normal somewhat athletic frame - 5' 5" and 125lbs. Overall, I felt my lower half of my body was disproportionate to the top half of my body and knew I wanted to eventually get a breast augmentation in my mid-twenties if I had the means to do so. Once I felt ready, I did some research and had various consultations, however, I almost knew immediately after my consultation with Dr. Pousti that I wanted to proceed with him and his staff. They made me feel really comfortable about the whole process, putting all my worries at ease, and I felt confident they were going to give me the look I was going for (natural, teardrop, nothing too big, around a C cup, etc.). We went through a couple mood boards to pinpoint the look I wanted (you had the option to bring your own as well, but I was able to point out what I want with the boards they already had). About a month out from the operation day, I had one last pre-op meeting to go over the financials, size, type, etc. I've never felt pressured, and they made me feel comfortable with any decision I made. Days leading up to the big day, Dr. Pousti and his staff checked in on me to go over the procedure and made sure they answered any lingering questions I had remaining. On surgery day, I had an incredible staff that prepped me, and I never once felt nervous. Dr. Pousti marked me up as we went over what I wanted one last time before I went into the operating room. (Note: We did not choose exact CCs at this point. I trusted Dr. Pousti to choose the sizes he thinks best would give the look/size we discussed once I was on the operating table. We settled on a size range and I told him what size I did not want to surpass). I've never felt so sure and confident about a decision. The operation only took about an hour, and I was greeted by another set of great nurses when I woke up. The result: 275cc on my left breast and 250cc on my right. *My right breast was bigger than my left. During the recovery process, Dr. Pousti and his staff checked in once a day for the next three or so days, and every couple days for the next two weeks to make sure everything was healing correctly and there were no issues/discomfort. Overall pain was 4/10, with the max 6/10 at one point. Overall, I truly felt cared for by Dr. Pousti and his staff, and they were always available/within reach when/if I ever had a question. It has been about 3 months since my operation now, and I've had able 3-4 check up appointments. I love my new breasts and can say I feel so much more confident. They have not fully dropped yet, so I cannot wait to see the final look. Thank you so so so much Dr. Pousti and staff for making this process a breeze, I am so happy with my decision to go with you and I am in love with my new look!

I just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know about my consulation with Dr. Pousti. I haven't had my revision yet, however, he is at the top of my list when its time. He and his staff were very friendly and professional. I truly feel that my health and safety is at the top of his priorities when it comes to XL Breast Procedures. In addition, being a trans woman, he totally made me feel 100% comfortable. I had recently been diagnosed with DVT/PE. I am free and clear of symptoms now, but, i picked up a bit of weight over the last 2 years from not being active/recovery. He is definitely following proper protocols when it comes to taking on healthy patients. I respect him greatly for this. After all, what good is having big boobs if you are in a box, 6 feet under. If you are trans, go to this guy. If you want XL implants, go to this guy. Well, just go to this guy for whatever you need. I'm kind of at a loss for words as to how my experience went with Dr. Pousti because I'm extremely happy and emotional with happy tears because I'm overjoyed! from what could of been a super nerve wracking scary experience It was the complete opposite I felt 100% comfortable at all times he completely made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in to my surgey day and every post op visit! I recently had a breast revision surgery with Dr. Pousti. I would like to say that I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Pousti and his staff. From the time I came in for my consultation to the surgery and finally the post op appointment...it was all smooth sailing. Dr. Pousti has the best bed side manner you would EVER experience with a doctor. He treats you like one of his family members and not just a patient. He called me the day before my surgery to make sure I didn't have any last minute questions or concerns that needed to be addressed. Then on surgery day he made sure we were on the same page as to what look I wanted to achieve...just in case anything changed after my consultation. My surgery lasted 55 minutes long...and woke up in the recovery room thinking they have not began the surgery...but they were finished! The staff at the surgery center made sure I was feeling minimal pain before discharging me. I am 4 days post op now and I feel great! I literally was off my pain meds after day 2. Dr. Pousti is an amazing surgeon! He does amazing work! I am happy with the results...and I am happy with his team. I am so glad that I chose him to do my breast revision surgery!

Dr.Pousti is the best doctor hands down. I have had 3 surgeries now with him, He has always been honest and caring and safety always comes first in his book, but the best part of his book he always deliverers as close as possible to your goals. The Staff also I must mention they treat and care for you like family. The best Breast Doctor in the U.S!

I had surgery 7 years ago overfill breast augmentation. I am amazed how wonderful my results still look the same. Dr has made me feel beautiful and gave me the results I wanted. Flying here was wonderful. The staff is so friendly and accommodating
