Thrilled with my tummy tuck by Dr. Di Saia. I lost close to 70 lbs and was left with quite a bit of loose skin despite working out and being fit and fairly slim. Dr. Di Saia fixed this problem and now I have a lean, tight abdomen. The whole process was pleasant and easy. Dr Di Saia is an experienced expert who is very straightforward, honest, and easy to talk to. He takes his time and answers all your questions and shares informative tips with you. He is an absolute perfectionist about stitching and scar placement - everything healed so nicely and the small remaining scar is easily hidden by a bikini. My results are even better than I'd expected. I'd recommend Dr. Di Saia to anybody!

Procedure: Labiaplasty This doctor is great at what he does. He is very upfront and honest. His main concern is your comfort and safety. I am glad I got the procedure. I feel much more comfortable in my skin.

Dr. Di Saia is an amazing doctor. I got a labiaplasty from him and I couldn't imagine this experience with any other doctor. And the results were better than my expectations. Not to mention he is way more affordable than other doctors. You're crazy if you don't choose him!!

My whole life I honestly felt deformed and self conscious as I had what I perceived to be a terribly overgrown labia on one side. It also made certain activities physically uncomfortable. I struggled with tight jeans and underwear constantly feeling the need to adjust myself so I wouldn't feel pinched. It took me 47 years to work up the nerve to even see a Dr. about corrective procedures but BOY!!! AM I SO HAPPY I DID!!!! I had my procedure done just shy of 6 weeks ago. I don't have any cons to report. On the contrary, I found it minimally invasive, with minimal pain and recovery time. My suggestion to the rest of you contemplating a similar procedure...DON'T WAIT!!! Just do it! I feel like a whole new person. My panties an jeans fit great now and I am no longer afraid of the mirror where I once saw a much unwanted hanging piece of flesh from my vagina. My silent suffering is OVER!!!! Updated on 14 Sep 2016: Updated on 15 Sep 2016: The total cost of my procedure was $1600.00. I would hate to misrepresent Dr. Di Saia. Still though....I encourage you to shop. Price wise it was right between the high and the low. Truth is, I could not longer afford not to do it.

I struggled with the idea of having surgery on my privates for so long. The reviews online show some stories of ruined vaginas, but I hated my sloppy looking lips. I work out to maintain a hot figure and those lips did not belong. So I started looking for doctors. Again scary. I am not a Newport girl don't like snotty arrogant fakers who act like they are all that. I saw a few of them and won't mention their names. I met them and did not go back. Waited. Then I found Dr D from his YouTube video which I recommend for girls looking at possible labiaplasty surgery. He explained his modified wedge surgery and why the trim was not a good idea. He explained the difference in labia reduction and internal vagina surgery and why he recommended what he did. I met with him and he was modest in a too modest office I think. Being in his Orange office makes him look like less than he is. Then again his reviews are outstanding. When I met with him I knew he was the one. The change in my privates is awesome . Looks great. Feels normal. Sex is fantastic. No more re positioning panties and worrying about how my old huge lips look in cute clothes.

Why did I do it? I couldn't give it up and feel right. I was always thinkin what does my man think about my lips? I wasn’t feeling it. They didn't pain me. They just looked too big and I wanted smaller and even. I used to worry about them falling out or getting caught in my unders. I had stings with clothes now and again. Sex wasn't a problem. :) When I busted up with my man I knew the time was right! There was going to be 6 weeks of no sex with surgery I had heard and any new man after that wouldn't know. Perfect! Today I have a blazing crotch. It just looks slim and money. Now I can get some face without worrying about what is my man's big head while I am getting it. B4 my lips were large and now they are magazine perfect. Sex is actually better. I have no funny feelings from surgery or anything. My pink taco is bomb-ass! Dr D is awesome! He doesn't judge. He is my trusted friend and body mechanic. He didn't tell me I was ugly or not normal. He actually told me I was normal! He just fixed my [RS bleep] and it looks and feels the way it should. If you are having labiaplasty, you need to see him. My puss looks natural like it was never touched except for very small scars that get better as time passes. Yay! Dr Di Saia is the p lip genius! Updated on 7 Mar 2014: I read another review of a woman who was told by her surgeon that her lumps would go away. I had minimal swelling and lumps for a few months as I remember and now nearly a year later things feel pretty much completely normal down there. And I enjoy a pretty happy sex life ladies. I got a reduction only though and no vagina internal surgery. This is what Dr D recommended and this is how I rolled. Get a good doctor and listen to what he or she says. If they promise too much, maybe look around. Dr D promised little but delivered so much. He is my secret weapon. I only talk about him here so I can do so anoymously. Updated on 8 May 2014: Seems like some girls here think that labiaplasty is surgery of the insides as well as the outsides of the privates. I believe the labiaplasty is on just the outside of the fun zone. I had my lips reduced only and my surgery was labiaplasty. I am pretty sure that Dr D does his surgery this way for safety reasons. My privates still rock so I am a believer! :) Updated on 2 Aug 2014: I am doing awesome. Just read a review of a girl who paid nearly $6000 for a doctor in the UK to do a Trim. Happy I had an expert modified Wedge for $4000! Thanks Dr D! :) Updated on 23 Jan 2016: I forget about what it was like having the big lips down there. Just read a story of a girl who got chopped by a hack. Makes me luv Dr D even more. Get the right doctor girls if you are having this surgery. Looks like there are way more not good than good docs for this op. Updated on 25 Feb 2016: Some have been asking for pictures. I got them from my doctor as I feel weird taking panty selfies. The after is from the last time Dr D took pictures which was a while ago. Still no man has ever made a comment that he could tell about the surgery which I think is awesome!

Thinking about getting my lips fixed for a long time and reading online review worried me big time. Mine were not huge but made me look and feel much less sexy than I am. :)   Updated on 8 Oct 2013: My after surgery was not that bad. It hurt a bit for a week or so. It swelled and bruisued and was uneven for a time. This got better in a few weeks. Dr D saw me for office after surgery appointments every week or so and then every other week for 6 weeks until he said I was ready for sex. I took a week off work which is what he said I should do. On pictures I will get them from Dr D when I can get back in to the office. Have been busy. I will post a new YouTube he put up of another girl who had the surgery as it answers these questions well I think. :) Is this OK?

I had allot of loose skin and a concave place on my upper abdomen from liposuction. It was very noticeable and bothersome. I was hesitant to wear a bikini. I had a previous tummy tuck, some 30 years prior, that was never done correctly. When I went to see Dr. Di Saia, he agreed and said he could fix that along with re doing my navel, as it was made tiny from the previous surgery. I am so pleased with my results from Dr. Di Saia. I now wear a bikini and have a nice tight abdomen. My navel is much better and the scars are almost invisible.  Updated on 3 Jun 2014: A year late I thought I'd check in to let you all know I still love my results. They did change some but the tightness only loosened a tiny amount. I had liposuction with another surgeon a few years after my first tummy tuck and the change was like nothing. The tummy tuck revision with Dr D made a huge diffference! :) My redo tummy tuck was a great idea. My advice: (1) Choose your doctor carefully. (2) Look at his or her pictures and reviews (3) Don't go cheapo.

Tips for getting good results: Choose the right doctor and take his advice. And don't be cheap with your surgery! Dr D tells me that women come in and ask for things he knows to be dangerous. He tells them no and them some go to another doctor. That is just plain stupid. My motivation was to get comfortable naked. I workout and eat right to look hot, but my lips were floppy like dog ears. They used to hurt when I had sex. Sure part of having surgery was to look better afterward but part of this was just to get the dog ears gone! :) Now I feel sexy again. I can have sex without the worry that I would hurt and without worrying that the guy would think he was hitting some cartoon vagina. I wish I had known that this could be so easy. The scary stories of patients I read online are just scary Halloween tales when you choose the right doctor. Choose Dr D if you can. He is just awesome! Updated on 28 Oct 2012: I've been thinking about this. When I did my shopping for this surgery Dr D was priced in the middle. Alter was like over 10000 bucks. The really scary cheapo guys were hundreds and Dr D was 5000. Some might say I went cheap but to me 5000 was not cheap! My surgery result was good for whivh I have been thankful. Have you ladies who had scary results spent more or less? Updated on 21 Aug 2013: Now I hear you can have the labia reduced while awake in the office. I see my doc can do them this way (looked at his site.) I think I would still have the surgery while asleep though. BTW - If you want pics of a good wedge surgery, look at the review by Jennygirl . She had hers done by Dr D as well. There are way too many Trim type operations pictured here and they look horrible. Updated on 9 Mar 2014: Commented today on other labiaplasty reviews that looked like ugly Trim surgery. The dr's experience is so important in avoiding these horrible kitty surgeries. Feel so good that I found my way to Dr D! My kitty is great. Modified wedge all the way ladies. Look at your prospective dr's pictures. Read the reviews of his work. Wait before you have a horrible trim operation by a hack dr. Updated on 18 May 2014: Read a review by a woman here who thinks she had a modified wedge (not by my doctor.) Her pics look like a trim with stitched all the way up the side of the lip. Check this video by my doctor of proper Wedge surgery to see the difference. Or look at Jennygirl here. Updated on 9 Jul 2014: Only think about what my lips looked like and the pain they were back before surgery now and again at this point. My vagina works fine with sex. No pain or numb areas now. No pain during or after playtime. I feel no scar and you have to look very carefully to even see one. So important for you ladies considering this to get to a quality surgeon who does wedge surgery. If you can get to Dr D, I would recommend him or course. He does brilliant work. I feel quite blessed reading what some of you other ladies have been through on here. Updated on 28 Jun 2016: Haven't been on here too much lately. I don't think about my labia surgery much anymore. It has just become normal for me. No pain. No numbness. Sex is great. It seems like a dim memory when my lips were big and in the way of everything. If you are where I was (Huge Panty Lip Land) and are anywhere near Dr D, I recommend you give him a visit. I am sure happy I did. :)

I had a ugly scar on the leg from a procedure before. The scar tissue looks much more smooth than before.
