My worry is my arm fat returning, as I have a mix of loose fat from my weight loss journey (I’m 5’7 was 265 now 209, my goal weight before surgery is around 180). I also has this compacted hard fat, no matter how much I work out it doesn’t go away. My worry is that it will come back after my surgery. I would love to hear your feed back and any suggestions. I am all ears and then you in advance.

I had an armlift in 2017. My right arm has a huge dip in it and looks like too much lipo? Also my right arm has discoloration to it from excessive steroid shots to get my scar flattened. This was explained to me from my dermatologist. My elbows now have hanging skin also. I’m even more embarrassed to show my arms even than before.

I'm in my 60's .. very active .. no longer training for competition but avid paddler .. this year I noticed to my horror my upper arm crepey saggy blah blah as I leaned over to wipe off my board .. mortified ! The ocean is my life ... thank you

I had arm lift surgery on Feb 5,. I wore ace bandages for the first 2 weeks and am ow wearing compression sleeves which I feel off-road much more even support. How long does one need to continue wearing them?

Hello All, in late December I will be getting both procedures completed at the same time. The plastic surgeon states two weeks recovery, but I wanted to get your thoughts and options. Any advice or tips on either or both surgeries would be great. Thanks

Hello, I am looking to have my arm lift procedure completed 12/23 or 01/24. Does anyone was to start a group text thread? If so message me. :)

How long did you take off of work?

I am having an arm lift the end of September 2022. I had a tummy tuck 6 years ago and we had a group for tummy tuckers having surgery around the same time. That group was so helpful to be a part of. I would love to start a group for those doing an arm lift this fall (or even 2022 in general). I realize it is a much less common procedures but even a small group would be great. Anybody interested?

I had Brachioplasty last Thursday, July 14th. I had huge arms following 152lb weight loss and my arms bothered me the most. I found an excellent plastic surgeon here in WI and immediately decided I was moving forward. She was able to get me in quickly because most don't do this surgery in the summer time.I woke up after my surgery and my arms of course were in their compression garments. They...

For our faces we can get face lifts. For weight loss we get body lifts etc. For boobs we get boob jobs. Pretty much we can can get something to fix everything.I cant seem to find anything for the lost of elasticity in our arms arms legs and in general our entire skin. But for this forum....Im talking arms.IM NOT TALKING ABOUT SAGGING ARMS...Im not talking about age spots. Both those concerns...

I am 2 months post op and my upper arm is SMALLER than my lower arm. I look a bit like Popeye! I used a great board certified surgeon and I’m going to talk to her tomorrow, but pretty concerned I’ll never be able to wear short sleeved garments ever again!

Hey I'm having a breast reduction soon and I asked the doctor who will be performing the breast reduction how he will get rid of my bra bulge. He responded that he will do an mini arm lift but, how will that get rid of that is my question. Arm lifts are just for arms no?

So I am due this op mid January when we are in winter! The surgeon said I could walk around etc straight after surgery but I wanted to hear other people’s stories of their recovery and when they were walking out and about and exercising. I go to the gym 4/5 times a week, but obviously won’t be doing arm exercises for 4 weeks. Any advice on this and scar management/sleep? Many thanks everyone

Hi - I'm scheduled for an arm lift & breast lift in 3 weeks. I've read hundreds of posts online and read that I may not be able to wash my own hair and face for a couple weeks after surgery. Is this true? I live alone so I don't know what I'd do. I'd appreciate any feedback please!

How long did they take to heal? Also, did the scar come out OK or was it bad? I had a few "holes" in my arm pits (I'm 10 days out of surgery) and the surgeon said they are normal and not to worry. Just keep it clean and covered and they will heal on their own. There is white stuff in the holes as well but the doctor said that was re-granulation and my skin growing back. They are gross looking...

Are there surgeons who specialize in arm lift procedures? What type of specialty should I look for? I'm ready but a majority of the galleries have limited pictures. Also, "after" pictures don't show the scar which is my biggest concern. Offices say they don't get a lot of authorization to share pictures & don't give the number that the perform per month &/or year without going in. I'm 5'4" -...
