Hi everyone! How are you? I got arm lift surgery and I believe fat was left over in my left arm. I can pinch it, jiggle it, you name it! I showed my surgeon but he said its only so much he can do and the gym should fix it. I was upset about that reply because it was a costly procedure to have mismatch results. I dont think he wants to do it but am I going to need a revision?
Aftet losing a substantial amount of weight, I have a decent amount of loose skin on my arms, which Ive decided to address with an arm lift. Ive always had bigger arms, so I assumed I would add arm lipo to the arm lift to ensure the best result. During a consultation with a local plastic surgeon, I was told they do not do arm liposuction with arm lifts as the process makes the arm swollen/it makes it harder to get the arm lift as tight as possible. Im worried my arms will still look big?
Im having an arm and thigh lift after major weight loss in September. My surgeon gave me an option to take the prevena wound vac for a price. Is it truly necessary to heal my wounds? Im a 33 year old female. I just had a mommy makeover in May if this information helps.
My arms are pretty muscular but i have a pad of fat all around the muscle. I know i will need a lift, no way around just lipo. I can't fit into most blouse sleeves. I also don't want to wait any longer, i am ready to do this immediately. Any suggestions?
So I'm 2 and half weeks post op (arm lift) I have noticed a hard lump under the incision ... good old Google says it could be a seroma. My question is will it go on its own or would I need to see my surgeon. Also is it actually a seroma? I'm not due to see her until late 3 months but I am seeing the nurse tomorrow for a wound check.
