I had a deep plane face and neck lift with some fat grafting in the cheek area. I lost quite a bit of weight, which caused me to have very loose sagging skin, with a somewhat gaunt look, and hollow under eyes. When i was younger i had a very balanced and nice shape of face. Im worried that adding even a small amount of fat just to my cheek will change the contours and shape of my face, what reasons would fat be added just to the upper face? Can this still look natural? Thanks
I am 6 months post op from fat transfer. My surgeon put fat into my scalp, forehead, brows and so much into my temples. The result Is drooping of my skin in my upper face that I never had.The surgeon will not help me. I have commenced Morpheus 8 treatment for fat reduction, I can see it has some affect. Some areas such as forehead and scalp have not responded as well. How can I remove fat in these areas? What can I do for skin tightening?
Hey there, so I wanted to ask due to genetics I unfortunately have lived with raccoon eyes, having really dark hyperpigmentation around my eyes and hollow eyes for such a long time. I really want to a permanent solution and to avoid fillers, would a certain type of laser be able to get rid of the darkness? and would fat grafting help with tear troughs? I notice how hollow around my eyes are so I genuinely am curious. Thanks!
Some surgeons think it's better to use handheld liposuction togather the smallest fat cells. Others are adamant that WAL (water-assistet liposuction) is the best way. Some believe it's best to do fat transfer under general anesthesia so that the numbing agent doesn't distrub the fat cells and the patient is totally relaxed so injection is smoother. Others say it's better patient is awake so they move their eyes etc which effects how the fat lays under the skin. Opinions?
I'm considering having both fat graft and facelift. If I do fat graft first, it can cause scarring and can make the subsequent facelift harder. If I do facelift first and fat graft second, then I heard that the swelling from fat graft can cause some permanent sagging. Which should I do first?
I got facial fat grafting a year ago in South Korea and it is my biggest regret. It has made my face look disproportionate and weird. I dont recognize myself in the mirror. When I smile, my eyes are pushed up and appear smaller. My cheeks look swollen. I hate the way I look. Please advise how I can fix my face.
I had gotten fat transfer in my forehead. Unfortunately, due to fat necrosis visible hard lumps (cannot be seen on the photos) formed. I have tried fat dissolving injectons but lumps did not react, only healthy/live soft fat cells disappeared. What to do? No lipo is possible? Can be surgically removed?
