Well, there's no wrong or right answer. Choose a product that works best for what you're trying to accomplish. Your plastic surgeon should interact with you in a dialog that helps you make that decision.

Saline implants are the least expensive but they're not as natural looking or natural feeling. Shaped silicone implants are by far the best. The round silicone implants are probably second best. Saline implants unfortunately are often times not as natural. However they have some advantages. They can be placed through a smaller incision.
