Vanquish requires typically four treatment sessions spaced a few weeks
apart. So each treatment session delivers some results, but the optimal
result comes after all the sessions are completed, and the patients do see
the results quiet quickly.

Radio frequency is used to affect the lipocyte, the fat cell, and to create
necrosis, and then the fat cell is metabolized through the liver. So it's a
very safe process. There are really no side effects to it.

The experience from Vanquish and CoolSculpting is very different. Patients
that go through CoolSculpting may experience a little bit more discomfort,
but overall it's a very easy procedure to go through. Vanquish, I tell
patients, is just like a permission to take a 30 minute nap during the day.

From a physician's standpoint, if you can have both procedures, that's
wonderful, because I really think that they fit two different body types.
Vanquish does not have any disposables, so as far as physicians are
concerned that's a big plus.
