Female Voice: The trend is more looking at the 3-dimensional volume of the face, looking at contours, looking at where people have lost volume particularly in the periphery of the face. One thing that's attractive about dermatology is we're used to look at filling in individual line, where now we look at what cause that line, filling in behind it, lifting up with the temples, lifting behind the cheekbone. I even have been known to inject into the scalp to try to get a better lift and a better contour, more definition in the skin.
