Female Voice: So blepharoplasty which is what you're referring to is a procedure in which you can tighten or reduce some of the loose skin that is hanging from the upper eyelid and there are also procedures that take a little bit more skill involving the lower eyelid. So the upper eyelid would be if your skin is again significantly loose and hanging on itself in which case you cannot fix those with lasers or nonsurgical procedures that would be a person who would benefit greatly from a blepharoplasty, which is also a very well-tolerated procedure with little downtime.

Then lower lid blepharoplasty can be a little bit more complicated because there are more structures in the area. The fat pads I was talking about for example and that would be a little bit more of a procedure but also very well tolerated and usually done as an outpatient procedure.
