I think if I had to pick between those two choices, I would say that that's a myth. I think a lot of that has to do with the size of the implants and how much natural breast tissue you have. I mean, I actually recommend to all of my breast augmentation patients that they wear a bra most times. That's not to say that they can't hang out on the weekends in a sweatshirt and not wear a bra underneath, but I tell them not to make it a habit of going without a bra because their tissue will always lose tone. No matter how big or small your implant is, there's always going to be that little bit more force on the tissues from gravity.

And so I think it's just good practice if ladies want to preserve the tone of their breasts for as long as they can to wear a bra more often than not.
