As far as the mommy makeovers are concerned, we see a lot of patients in our practice who have undergone the changes of pregnancies and childbearing and weight fluctuations. And our goal, as in every service, is to make them look as natural as possible. I tell all my patients that my breasts are as unique as their faces and we try to address each patient's problem uniquely. We have several different types of implants that can make their operation more precise and customized. When it comes to liposculpture and abdominoplasty, if a patient is gonna be having an abdominoplasty, I tell them that if you're not wearing a two-piece on the beach, don't even bother getting this operation. So we want them to feel comfortable in any kind of clothing. It has to be concealed, the incision as much as possible. We used to make a G-string incision and the new belly button has to look as natural as possible so they'll feel comfortable in all situations.
