Due to the medical legal climate, almost no elective cosmetic procedure should be performed on a pregnant woman. Most of the procedures would probably be absolutely safe if it wasn't for the medical legal aspects of it. So someone like my wife, I may give her a little Botox. I may give her a little filler. I may do an ulthera ultrasound lift. I may do a laser treatment. But anything that happens to the baby, if a baby comes out with any defect; there will be an attorney who will blame you, the physician for having performed an unnecessary elective procedure. So currently we do not recommend any cosmetic elective procedures on patients who are pregnant.
