The better way to do a breast lift is really to work on the internal architecture of the breast, so re-contouring the breast from within, putting sutures on the breast tissue itself, and molding it, and the skin follows. There's still incisions on the breast, but they're less incisions and they're incisions that heal really nice, very difficult to see once it's completely healed. And you're able to avoid a horizontal incision. So by doing that technique that way, it's a better shape that's longer lasting with less incisions.
