The real story behind looking good has to begin with the basics. The real basic that you'll hear over and over again is avoidance of sun exposure and sun damage because that really makes people look dramatically older than they are. I think it's really important not to smoke because people look dramatically older from smoking. I think a good healthy diet and I think exercise and there's so much scientific evidence that all those factors go into how people look. Why spend so much effort, discomfort money on procedures to try to look better when it really starts with some of the basic things that are between common sense and just general knowledge that you really just know how to do prevention before we start worrying about fixing things and putting them back.
