Patients come and see me for facial rejuvenation all the time. They have different concerns. Some come because they're interested in eyelid rejuvenation. Others are concerned about their jaws. Others in the lower face or neck. You really want to take a look at the whole picture and see what really needs to be done.

For many patients, we're doing full face rejuvenation. That may involve a slight brow lift, an endoscopic brow lift. It may involve an upper eyelid blepharoplasty or eyelid tuck, a lower lid eyelid blepharoplasty as well to smooth the contours of the eyes. Also a face lift which involves tightening the tissues underneath the skin and re-draping the skin gently. It also involves contouring the neck, tightening the muscles underneath there. What's important in many patients is actually restoring some volume to the face and adding some fat back to the face.

Facial Rejuvenation May Emcompass Two or More Procedures

When speaking of facial rejuvenation, a surgical approach usually involves two or more procedures in order to provide the patient with the best results.
