CoolSculpting is a procedure that freezes the fat away, no needles, no incisions, no surgery. The best candidates for CoolSculpting by far and away are the people that are interested in their body habitus, that are active, that they work out, and they're already close to their ideal weight, but just have that one area that they just can't seem to get rid of. You'll need two treatments per area. So if you have one area, it will be two hours. And you lie down on a comfortable table. You can bring your iPad or iPhone, work. We've had people come in and read paperwork and they're working and they're doing their job, and meanwhile the machine is cooling down, that's one area of unwanted fat. Even though it is not invasive, it is a procedure. Your body still has to heal from that procedure, and that still takes six to 12 weeks. And that's important.

I myself have had CoolSculpting. Immediately after CoolSculpting, I worked out the following day. I went on a plane trip that took three hours. I worked the next day. It did not hinder my activity whatsoever. It has not slowed me down as far as activity level. To see results in CoolSculpting, it's going to be a time frame of between six to about 16 weeks. Now, we'll see you at two and four months. At the two-month time frame, you'll already start to see the results. However, you won't be completely done. But you'll notice that that area is tighter probably within two weeks. It will feel tighter when you move around and you'll notice it. My patients tell me that the CoolSculpting procedure is well worth the payoff.
