The marijuana does not have the same effects as nicotine does. Obviously, when you smoke it does have effects on your respiratory system and things like that, and they're are other problems and legal problems associated with it. But the problem with nicotine is one that affects blood supply because nicotine is a vasoconstrictor so it pinches off blood supply.

So, let's say, if somebody wants to have a rhinoplasty or a facelift, we're relying on the patient actually healed to look good, they are kind of fighting against themselves. Marijuana is not quite the same issues, but it's not something I would advocate for somebody seeking a surgical procedure.
