Every surgeon will have their preference of a special regimen after surgery, what can and can't be done. It depends a little bit on the type of implant that's chosen. Textured implants have a gentle stick in the body. We really want them to stay where we put them.

I'm conservative. If someone gonna spend the money to go through an operation, we want those results to be as good as possible. We do minimal amounts of moving. I usually recommend six weeks before getting back into rigorous upper body activity, push ups, hardcore running.
